BhumiSatya (bhumisatya.com) gives AI estimates of land prices and plain-language answers about Uttarakhand land law. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We do not receive your password, contacts, Gmail messages or any other Google data.
• What you search and ask. Localities you value, questions you ask about land law, Top 10 searches and the topics you open, with the time and the IP address of the request.
• Details you choose to give us. For example a mobile number when you ask for a WhatsApp report or book a service.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To run the site: sign you in, answer your searches and prevent abuse.
• To improve answers and understand which places and questions matter to buyers.
• To contact you only when you have asked us to, for example about a report or a booking.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it for us

• Google (sign-in and hosting on Google Cloud, Mumbai region) and Cloudflare (domain and network).
• Our database provider, Neon (Mumbai region).
• AI providers (Anthropic and Google) receive the text of your search or question so they can produce an answer. They do not receive your name or email.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and search history while your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so within 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hello@bhumisatya.com from the email you sign in with. You can also remove BhumiSatya's access from your Google account settings at any time.
